One application desk across the job market.

The jobs live everywhere. Your queue lives in one place.

Your selected Human or AI Assistant can work from the same profiles across major job boards and applicant-tracking systems. Add any role from the dashboard or Chrome extension.

Coverage where applications actually happen.

Each platform has different forms. Scout keeps the product experience consistent.

A different form does not need a different workflow.

The same profile, packet, assistant routing, and receipt follow the job wherever it was found.

Coverage with controls

“Supported” should describe a workflow, not promise that every form is identical.

An ATS name tells you where an application lives. It does not remove the need for accurate profile data, resume rules, duplicate checks, and a safe way to stop when a question needs judgment.

Check the route

A job-board listing may hand off to Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or another employer system. Keep one record across both URLs so the same role is not submitted twice.

Escalate uncertainty

Work authorization, compensation, disclosures, and employer-specific questions should use approved answers or return to the candidate instead of being guessed.

Audit the first batch

Review job fit, answers, resume choice, and confirmation evidence before increasing volume. A supported form is useful only when the submitted application remains accurate.
