These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scout website, browser extension, and services, operated by Scout LTD. By using Scout, you agree to these Terms.

Using Scout

Scout helps you find matching jobs and submit applications you approve, with tailored resumes and cover letters. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and resume and for the applications you choose to submit.

Acceptable use

• Use Scout only for your own genuine job search.
• Do not misrepresent your qualifications or submit fraudulent applications.
• Do not use Scout to violate the terms of any job platform or employer.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed by our payment provider when you purchase on our pricing page. AI Assistant plans are subscriptions and renew automatically until cancelled; Human Assistant bundles are one-time purchases and do not renew. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your Settings page. Prices are shown on the pricing page.

Disclaimers

Scout does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. Outcomes depend on the job market, employers, and your qualifications. The service is provided "as is".

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scout is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Scout.
